The saga between Cisco and Apple officially continues a little longer before going to court for the trademark rights of the iPhone. The two companies issued a joint statement late yesterday citing that they have agreed to delay law suit procedures in order to try to come to some consensus outside of the courtroom.

Cisco has introduced it’s Wireless Home Audio line and three new dual-drive NAS’ during CES 2009. The Wireless Home Audio system uses Ethernet, 802.11n, and DLNA to stream audio over multiple zones throughout your home.

This agreement comes after weeks of negotiations with multiple extensions granted by Disco before Apple had to reply to federal court.

he good: The Apple iPhone has a stunning display, a sleek design, and an innovative multitouch user interface. Its Safari browser makes for a superb Web surfing experience, and it offers easy-to-use apps. As an iPod, it shines.
